Size, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor, structure and installation: build the costing calculator once with your own rates, and every quotation is priced the same way. One button turns the enquiry into the customer and the quote, and the owner approves it before it goes.

A screen made in parts
Each order gets its own bill of materials, split the way you build: modules and cabinets first, then the finished screen. Production orders are made part by part, deepest first, and material is issued against the job, so stock and job cost stay right.

Serial numbers on what matters
Controllers, receiving cards, power supplies and modules can carry serial or batch numbers. The delivery challan takes them to the customer and the warranty clock starts per serial, so a call two years later finds the right part at once.

Installation at site
An installation job with a checklist for each site, the team and the dates. A won order can become a project drawn as a flow, with each stage handed to the next department when it finishes.

AMC and service, without a register
AMC contracts make their own visit schedule. Service tickets know whether the screen is under warranty, and spare parts come out of stock against the ticket. Follow-up rules tell your team when to call the customer, before an AMC visit or the warranty end.

GST accounts, or keep Tally
The GST invoice is ready when the screen is dispatched, with the CGST, SGST and IGST split. Run the books in Keltory, or send the vouchers to Tally and let your accountant carry on as before.
