ERP with Tally

An ERP that works with Tally, or moves you off it.

Your accountant knows Tally and your CA asks for it. Keep it. Run orders, stores, production and dispatch in Keltory, and send the accounting vouchers to Tally. Or bring your Tally masters across and run the GST books in Keltory too. Your choice.

  1. 01

    Bring your Tally data in

Export the masters from Tally as XML. Debtors become customers and creditors become vendors, with address, state, GSTIN, PAN and credit period; stock items come with unit, HSN and GST rate.

  2. 02

    Preview before anything is written

You see what will come across and what already exists. The import is all or nothing, and opening balances and opening stock arrive as drafts for your accountant to check and post.

  3. 03

    Run the factory in Keltory

Quotations, orders, purchase, stores, production, dispatch and payroll, with GST invoices made from the dispatch, not typed again.

  4. 04

    Send the vouchers to Tally

Sales, purchase, receipt and payment vouchers for any period, as a file Tally imports, each party under its own name. Your accountant files from Tally as before.

  5. 05

Or leave Tally when you are ready

Double-entry books nobody can edit, GSTR-1 and 3B files, GSTR-2B matching, TDS, bank reconciliation, trial balance and P&L, all in Keltory.

Tally and an ERP

Tally keeps the books. It does not run the factory.

Tally is good at accounts and GST. It does not know which job is waiting for material, which machine is down, or which installation is due next week. That is the part Keltory adds, without asking your accountant to change.

Always import into a test company in Tally first; we do it with your accountant the first time.

What you get

  • Tally masters and opening balances brought in
  • Vouchers out to Tally for any period
  • ₹30,000 a month for companies up to 250 people, every module
